Getting your test results
If your recent test indicates that you require treatment or a further test, a member of the surgery Admin Team will contact you via text or phone call to advise you on the outcome.
Viewing your Test Results
Once a Doctor has reviewed your results you can:
- View them online on your NHS App.
- Verbally receive them over the telephone – please contact the Surgery after 10:00am.
- Receive them via text – please contact the Surgery and request your results to be sent via text.
- Receive them via Email – please email the Surgery on: nmccg.conranmedicalcentre@nhs.uk to request your results sent via email.
- In person – please visit the surgery and ask the receptionist to either print them out for you or disclose them verbally.
Please bear in mind that Admin Team are not clinical and cannot interpret your test results for you or provide them prior to the Doctor reviewing them.
